09Aug91 SINGAPORE: MAINCON WELL UNDER WAY WITH CONSTRUCTION OF 92,000 SQ M MIXED DEVELOPMENT.

Maincon (Building), a Singaporean contractor, is well under way with the construction of the Concourse, a 92,000 sq m mixed development for Hok Fok Land at Beach Road, Singapore. The project started in 1982, but stopped a year later following the collapse of the property market. It began again in 1989.
