Board changes have been made at Norwest Holdings to help develop closer links with its parent company, Societe Generale d'Enterprises (SGE).Peter Mason has been appointed chairman. Chris Bucknall moves from Rosser and Russell to take over from Mr Mason as managing director.Andy Stoddart has joined the Holdings board alongside Mr Bucknall as deputy managing director.Antoine Zacharias, SGE's managing director, has been appointed to the board as part of the strengthening of links.Campbell Allan, formerly chairman, continues as a non-executive director.Andrew Jackson has been appointed the finance director for Norwest Holst Construction. He joins from Bovis International.In Scotland, George Logan has moved from Wimpey to be northern divisional director.At Norwest Holst Soil Engineering managing director Ken Childs has been promoted to the additional role of chairman.
