09Aug91 UK: KIER MANAGEMENT COMPLETES £75 MILLION AMERICA SQUARE COMPLEX IN LONDON.

Kier Management has completed the troubled £75 million America Square complex alongside London's Fenchurch Street station. The complex, which was dogged by problems which affected curtain walling contractor Elemeta, was built for SC Properties (part of Japan's Shimizu Corporation), British Rail Property Board and Central and City.
