Scottish builders say the end of the recession is in sight north of the border.The latest state of trade inquiry by the Scottish Building Employers Federation shows the fall in workload slowed in the second quarter of the year.SBEF director Bob Campbell said: 'Although a trend cannot be established on the results of one quarter there nevertheless seems to be some hope that the position is beginning to stabilise.'Reports since the beginning of August indicate an upsurge in inquiries, ...
