10-YEAR PLAN: Timber frame specialists have welcomed the Government's move to ensure all new homes built are zero-carbon homes within a decade. Bryan Woodley, chief executive of trade body the UK Timber Frame Association, said: 'It is an ambitious target but one that we applaud.
