Halcrow Scotland's director Ian Rowdon is moving to become deputy project director on the £2.5 billion first phase of the new international airport at Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.Mr Rowdon will be responsible for the design teams tackling the geotechnical, earthworks and drainage parts of the contract on the 100 sq km site.The first phase includes two 4,000 m runways with parallel taxiways, 500,000 sq m of apron and a 300,000 sq m passenger terminal and satellite.Mr Rowdon joined ...
