A construction worker plunged 10m to his death while climbing a ladder at a Wates site in London last week.Jay Woollands, 59, suffered severe head injuries in the fall and died later in hospital.He fell on to the roof of a Marks and Spencer store next to the £12 million redevelopment scheme at 10-12 Great Marlborough Street behind Oxford Street.A Wates spokesman said: 'All our thoughts are with Mr Woollands's family.'He has worked for us for quite some time and this has upset everybody ...
