Citizens of Cambridge have come 'back to the future' from what appears to have been the first ever experiment in time travel - courtesy of their local council.The journey back in time started as a result of a mix up over refuse collection. Before Christmas, the city council tried to contact its ratepayers by post notifying them of collection times. But as these could only be sorted by postal district some notices started landing on the doormats of residents in nearby South Cambridgeshire ...
