Mowlem has been confirmed winner of the M25 widening contract between junctions 10 and 11 in Surrey. The firm priced the scheme at £35.1 million.Work for the Department of Transport starts early next month on widening an 8.8 km stretch from Wisley to Chertsey from dual three-to dual four-lanes.- The Welsh Office has finally given the all-clear to the £7 million Whitland bypass in Dyfed.
