The £1.1 billion rescue plan to bring Canary Wharf out of administration at the end of this month has suffered a setback.Advertising agency Ogilvy and Mather, one of the scheme's big name tenants, lodged an objection at the High Court this week.The agency, which is facing a £1 million writ for non-payment of rent from Canary Wharf administrator Ernst and Young, claims the rescue plan is not in the long term interests of tenants.Ernst and Young has until the end of this week ...
