Jim Barrowman retired at the end of September after 25 years with the company, more than 20 of them as a director. He was the first managing director of Lilley International, living in Dubai from 1976 to 1982. Projects for which he had overall responsibility included the Hong Kong Eastern Harbour Tunnel and the Cairo Wastewater scheme.He was latterly development director under the Lilley-Entrecanales-Cubiertas banner.
