Costain and German contractor Hochtief appear on the list of bidders for three road jobs in England and Wales, together topping £100 million.The largest project is the £60 million Briton Ferry to Earlswood section of the M4 in West Glamorgan.Others in the race for the job are Balfour Beatty, Laing and Monk in a joint venture.
