John Lelliott is in the throes of a reorganisation which involves merging subsidiaries and reshuffling senior management.But the company, which has cut its workforce from around 700 to 550 over the past year, says no further job losses are involved.The company is changing the name of its traditional contracting arm John Lelliott (Contracts) to John Lelliott Construction and installing Michael Beehag as managing director.Other specialist companies will lose their status as independent companies and become regional divisions under the control of John Lelliott Construction. These include John Lelliott (Eastern), John Lelliott (Specialised Works), John Lelliott Western Kerridge of Cambridge and John Lelliott (Space Interiors).The group's management and design and build companies will become divisions within John Lelliott Projects under Peter Titmus as managing director.
