19May94 UK: UCATT COUNCIL VOTE THIS YEAR.

By Grant Prior.Construction workers will be voting this year on whether to get rid of UCATT's full time Executive Council.The ballot comes in the wake of a decision by the union's Rules Revision Committee last week to move towards a lay body of leaders.
