Sunley Turriff has taken an £8.2 million contract to build a war pensions headquarters in Blackpool, Lancashire, for the Benefits Agency.The development, on a 1.5 ha site at Norcross, will be stepped in three, four-and five-storeys, with piled foundations, structural steel frame and curtain walling.The 8,600 sq m project is due for completion in December.
