Center Parcs, the leisure firm owned by Scottish and Newcastle Breweries, is expected to win planning approval by Christmas for two holiday villages in Germany.The developments could have a combined value of up to DM450 million (£185 million).One complex will be located at Koeselitz, near Dessau, in eastern Germany.
