Papers on the death of scaffolder Anthony Fishendon could be referred to the Crown Prosecution Service to consider manslaughter charges.St Pancras Coroner Dr Douglas Chambers adjourned an inquest on Monday for further investigation into the tragedy in August, when Mr Fishendon struck an overhead British Rail power line with a scaffold pole in north London.
