UCATT officials are demanding full consultation and no compulsory redundancies as the executive council considers a plan to axe up to 30 per cent of its organisers.Southern regional secretary Tony Woods, one of two senior officers who represents the interests of full-time officials, said: 'We know things are difficult, but we will want to stick to the principles of consultation and voluntary arrangements.'
