Wimpey is believed to be nearing the long-awaited sale of its City of London office development Little Britain, possibly to a Japanese group.Analysts believe Wimpey could raise more than £100 million from the sale which would reduce the group's gearing, currently around 60 per cent, and enable it to invest in fresh land. The cash would also ensure dividends will be maintained.The 43,850 sq m office development near the Barbican has been dogged by delays caused by industrial action ...
