Mouchel's Ukrainian consultancy has been appointed by the Ukraine government to investigate the environmental impact of building a new oil terminal on the Black Sea.The government hopes to move ahead with a new terminal at a site 30 km from Odessa which could eventually handle up to 40 million tonnes of crude oil a year.LG Mouchel and Partners owns half of Mouchel-IRE which was set up last August. The firm's executive director, Dr Peter Coughtrey, has already worked in the region investigating the impact of the Chernobyl disaster. CONSTRUCTION NEWS
