24Sep92 INDONESIA: PT GEMA SEMBROWN WINS £112M CONOCO CONTRACT TO FABRICATE OFFSHORE DRILLING AND PRODUCTION FACILITY.

PT Gema SemBrown, owned by Sembawang, Brown and Root and private Indonesian shareholders, has won its biggest ever contract, a US$224 million (£112 million) deal to fabricate an offshore drilling and production facility from Conoco Indonsia. The platform will be installed in the second stage of the Belida field, 400 km north-east of Singapore.
