Klemm, the ground engineering division of Ingersoll-Rand, has launched the GH-200H large diameter drilling rig. The machine is a multi-purpose rig, which can be used for Kelly drilling, continuous flight auger work with conveying and displacement type augers, double-head drilling methods and high pressure grouting.Maximum drilling torque of the GH-200H is 150 kN with a maximum casing torque of 200 kN. The unit has a tilting mast with only the Kelly bar and rotary head having to be removed for transport.The cat head of the mast has sheaves for the Kelly and an auxiliary winch.
