Roads Boom: Japan should spend 80,000,000 million yen (£340,000 million) on road construction over the next five years, the vice president of Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic party said. The comments, to a group of construction industry chiefs, immediately led to an increase in the share price of some of the country's leading road builders.
