Bovis has been selected as lead contractor for the £30 million development of a 6 ha Railtrack-owned site in Bradford, West Yorkshire.The scheme, on the site of the former Forster Square station, will involve developing up to 25,000 sq m of offices and some 14,000 sq m of retail and leisure facilities. Bovis will work with developer St James Securities.St James director Roland Stross said he was 'delighted Railtrack Property has decided to work with us and Bovis as preferred developers for this strategically important site'.
