28Oct93 UK: ONE IN THREE FIRMS NOW AT FULL CAPACITY.

Nearly one in three construction companies is working at full capacity as the industry continues its fragile recovery.Figures from the Federation of Master Builders show 31 per cent of firms were working flat out during the third quarter of this year.This is the highest number since autumn 1990 and compares with 29 per cent in the previous three months and 14 per cent in the depths of the recession.The number of companies reporting an increase in workloads also rose to 18 per cent from ...
