Net profits at Bouygues, Europe's largest contractor, have risen 4 per cent to FFr108 million (£12.9 million) in the first half.Almost two thirds of turnover is earned in France and was little changed at FFr30,033 million (£3,589 million).The Paris-based group said that its international turnover suffered due to a falling dollar, although it expects full year turnover of FFr62,000 million. The group's property division has also been less active.
