The BJ Group in Wales has been given the go-ahead for a £75 million development near Swansea, including a tourist park and business centre.The Lliw Valley Borough Council has given the group outline planning approval to develop a 180 ha site north of Swansea's city centre, near junction 47 of the M4 motorway.But, the project will be phased according to a further agreement - signed under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 - between the council and the group.This agreement means ...
