Greenwich Council has cited serious safety design flaws as its reason for further delaying work on Charlton Athletic's Valley football ground in south-east London.Last week Charlton announced that 'additional safety requirements' from Greenwich council would mean that completion of the stadium would be delayed, possibly until next January.
