By Brian Green.Bovis is embroiled in yet another legal battle with a subcontractor over the Hilton Hotel it built at Chelsea Harbour.Joinery subcontractor Shapland and Petter has issued a writ for about £1 million which it claims it is owed.This brings to more than £4 million the total of claims being pursued through the courts by subcontractors which worked on the job.Bovis has also started a court battle with the client, Eurospa Chelsea, for money it says it is due from ...
