A55 £3.5m job up for grabs

Flintshire County Council is inviting bids for a £3.5 million contract to connect the A5104 country road with the A55 trunk road.

The site of the scheme is at the Warren Bank Interchange, Broughton, Flintshire, North Wales.

Works, scheduled to take nine months, will include the construction of two roundabouts to connect the two roads, realigning existing roads to connect with the interchange and the provision of roads draining, lighting and signage.

The deadline for receipt of pre-qualification documents, which can be obtained from Atkins, is 6 March.
