Affinity Sutton signs up Lakehouse for £16.5m repairs deal

Lakehouse has been named as the winner of a £16.5m housing maintenance and repair deal from Affinity Sutton.

The national housing association has named Lakehouse to carry out work worth up to £16.5m on four lots, down from the original OJEU notice which sought work worth up to £24.75m.

Lot 1 is for repair and replacement of roofs and chimneys, worth between £2.4m and £4.3m. Lot 2 is for repair and replacement of windows worth between £3.2m and £5.2m.

Lot 3 is for repair and replacement of doors, worth up to £4.7m and Lot 4 is for additional external works including brickwork, paving and repairing worth up to £2.8m.

The framework is for up to five years, with annual break clauses inserted based on performance.
