A 250 tonne mobile crane partially closed Lower Regent Street in London's West End last week while removing redundant M&E plant and lifting new steelwork at Cunard House. Contractor Killby & Gayford is undertaking the £3.8 million project for the fast-track refurbishment of six floors of offices for Prudential. Works are due to end in November.
