Al-Nasr wins Dubailand golf project deal

The local Al-Nasr Contracting Company has won the AED582m ($159m) infrastructure contract for the Tiger Woods golf development in Dubailand.

The contract involves roadworks, street lighting, stormwater drainage, sewerage, irrigation channels, and fire-fighting facilities.

The overall project involves the construction of an 80-suite boutique hotel, a spa and 15 bungalows, a 7,500-square-metre club house, 21 residential palaces, 75 mansions, and 190 villas and community buildings.

Australia's APP International is the project manager.

Local developer Tatweer is the client.

Tatweer is part of Dubai Holding (MEED 27:4:07).
