Alarm over test changes

HILLHEAD

PLANT hirers and trainers have called for an urgent review of the recent cost changes to the CPCS health and safety test, fearing that it will cause a drop in the pass rate. While the cost of the test has been halved, the cost of the training manual is no longer included in the overall pr ice, and thus cannot be claimed back under the CITB grant scheme.
