Asbestos case


Barnsley sole trader Jason Rose pleaded guilty to six breaches of asbestos regulations at Pontefract Magistrates' Court last week.He admitted breaches of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations on a demolition job in South Kirkby last July, after exposing himself and two other workers to the lethal dust.Magistrates have referred the case of Mr Rose, trading as Prodem, to Leeds Crown Court for sentencing.
