Atomic lesson

The UK Atomic Energy Authority is to set up an apprenticeship scheme in nuclear operations and decommissioning. The first apprentices will begin work at its Dounreay plant in Scotland this August. The scheme will involve passing basic training in construction skills, electrical and mechanical safety.
