Balfour Beatty/Mouchel in council win

Scotland TranServ, a Mouchel/Balfour Beatty joint venture, has won a consultancy contract with three Scottish councils.

The £1 million contract with Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire will run until 31 March 2010 with the possibility of a two-year extension.

Scotland TranServ will have first refusal on a wide variety of road design, road condition surveys, waste management and bridge inspections.
