Balfour Kilpatrick wins £3m court deal

Balfour Beatty’s M&E arm Balfour Kilpatrick has won a £3 million deal to provide installation services for a new court building at Caernarfon Criminal Justice Centre, Wales.

Work will cover providing heating, electrical and plumbing services for a new four-court facility comprising a magistrates’ court, two crown courts and a youth court.

The project is being procured under the Private Developer Scheme Initiative. Balfour Beatty Construction is main contractor on the job for client Cityheart.
