Bedford £5m roads upgrade

Contractors are invited to bid for a £5.4 million scheme to reconstruct a dual section of the A428 of the M11 in Bedford, Cambridgeshire for the Highways Agency.
Work will cover repairing the existing pavement on both carriageways along 4km.

A maximum of five bidders will be invited to tender for the deal. Firms have until mid November to express an interest.
