Belfast City seeks consultants for £80m framework

Belfast City Council is looking for consultants to be part of a three-year construction framework for a variety of public contracts.
It is looking for architects, quantity surveyors, civil and structural engineers, building services engineers, CDM co-ordinators and landscape architects for a programme of works valued at up to £80 million.

Works will include construction and refurbishment of leisure and community facilities, listed buildings, waste management and recycling facilities, office accommodation, parks, cemeteries and improvement works to land and properties on major arterial routes into the city.
