Bellway bags Solihull scheme

Bellway has clinched one of the UK's largest regeneration schemes for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
Up to £1.8 billion of public and private money is expected to be invested in the scheme over the next 20 years.

Work will include upgrading wards in North Solihull including Chelmsley Wood, Fordbridge, Kingshurst and Smithswood. The aim of the scheme is to bridge the gap between deprived areas of North Solihull and the wealthier areas of South Solihull.

The Newcastle-based house builder will partner Solihull Council, Whitefriars Housing Group and InPartnership to deliver the plan
