Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council has asked firms to tender for a £100 million plan to upgrade 10,000 homes in Greater Manchester as part of a fouryear partnership deal. Firms must express interest in the scheme by November.The council is due to transfer its housing stock to the Trafford Housing Trust by next February.
