Birmingham A452 tenders sought

Birmingham City Council is looking for contractor to design and build a road scheme worth up to £9m.

The job concerns a 2kms length of the A452 between the Bagot Arms and M6 junctions, to provide extra capacity at the main junctions and for pedestrians and cyclists.

It will involve widening of carriageways and approaches to junctions, signalisation of junctions, upgrading pedestrian crossings, utility diversions, drainage, lighting, lining, signage, landscaping and traffic management.
