Blair begins last-ditch appeal for votes

Tony Blair began his last-ditch appeal for votes today, saying the General Election will be fought constituency by constituency.
He warned key seats could determine the outcome, where a few hundred or a few thousand votes would decide who forms the next government.

The Prime Minister's comments came as leaders of the three main political parties prepared to blitz marginal seats up and down the country.
