Boss guilty

Bernard O'Sullivan, the former managing director of demolition company Excavation & Contracting (UK) Ltd, has been found guilty of breaching safety rules following the death of labourer David Moran in 2002. Five parties are being prosecuted by the Health & Safety Executive following the fatal accident. Mr O'Sullivan will be sentenced along with four other parties at Warrington Crown Court on December 18.
