Boss in prison

A building boss was jailed last week for flouting a ban on him running a company after being disqualified as a director.Thomas McMahon breached his disqualification by acting as the shadow director of Hendon Construction Ltd in London.He pleaded guilty and was sentenced by District Judge Wiles at the West Hendon Magistrates' Court to four months in prison and fined £1,000.
