Bosses banned

Two construction materials bosses have agreed not to run a company for 11 years after their aggregates business crashed with debts of £399,000. Carlos Darmoo of Southall, Middlesex, and Vicknesh Warran, of Greenford, Middlesex, made the undertaking last week following an Insolvency Service probe into the collapse of North London Recycling, which went into liquidation in January 2003.
