Bosses banned


Two brothers have agreed not to run a company for four years after their mechanical engineering and pipework contracting business crashed with debts of more than £1.3 million. Brian and Charles Pearson of Wilmslow were investigated by the Insolvency Service after Tomlander, which was based at Sharston Industrial Estate in Manchester, went into administration in September 2001.
