Bovis Lend Lease wins £150m NEQ contract

Bovis Lend Lease has been selected to build the £150 million North East Quadrant at Regent’s Place on behalf of British Land.

The 46,000 sq m mixed use scheme is a key component in the completion of the Regent’s Place estate, and will comprise of office, retail and residential buildings. Bovis Lend Lease saw off competiton from Mace and Sir Robert McAlpine to secure the deal.

Groundworks are already underway.

Bovis Lend Lease Head of England and Wales Julian Daniel said: “We are very proud of what has been achieved at Regent’s Place in partnership with British Land.

“So much so, that we have recently moved into our brand new EMEA headquarters located at this development. Delivering on our own doorstep will provide a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate the best of what we do to our people, suppliers and out clients.”
