Carillion, Sir Robert McAlpine and Balfour Beatty are all bidding for a £14 million deal to build a new store for DIY specialist B&Q in Gloucester.The job for Grantchester Estates includes additional retail and leisure buildings and is the first part of a planned £100 million development to be known as St Oswalds Retail Park.
